Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Seen the record. It appears that Miscellaneous Criminal Application No. 796 of 2019 is filed by one Mr. Mahesh Bhagwandas Chawla in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalgaon, yet no order is made on such application. 2.

When this Court expressed that there is nothing which can be challenged in the present proceeding, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, submits that he wants to withdraw the present proceeding.

In view of the aforesaid submission, present Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
