PER COURT :- The petitioner who is functioning as a Graduate Trained Teacher, has been transferred to Zilha Parishad, Dhule under the inter-district transfers policy. While issuing relieving order, the Zilha Parishad, Jalna recorded the designation of the petitioner as Assistant Teacher in stead of graduate trained teachers, which has resulted in issuing posting order in respect of the petitioner by Zilha Parishad, Dhule as Assistant Teacher. Mistake that has occurred while issuing the relieving order by the Zilha Parishad, Jalna needs to be corrected, so as to avoid further prejudice that may be caused to the petitioner.

Counsel appearing for Zilha Parishad, Jalna, on instructions states that, the error that has occurred while issuing the relieving order would be corrected and a fresh order would be issued. Statement is accepted. Zilha Parishad, Jalna shall issue fresh relieving order, indicating the designation of the petitioner as Graduate Trained Teacher within a period of one month from today. Needless to record that Zilha Parishad, Dhule would take consequential corrective steps while issuing posting order to the petitioner. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of. ( P.R.
