CIDCO Authorities have issued 'No Objection Certificate' in favour of the petitioner. Now the proposal of the petitioner for issuance of Occupancy Certificate is pending with the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation. The Corporation shall decide the said proposal within eight weeks from today.

With this direction, Contempt Petition is disposed of. 3.
