Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP for the State. Perused the impugned Judgment and the Award and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said Judgment and Award. In view of the above, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of this Court.

(ii) Balance 40% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit

(iii) Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
