Present application has been filed for getting the order dated 31.07.2019 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) set aside. 2.

Heard learned Advocate Mr. Amay Sabnis holding for learned Advocate Mr. L. D. Vakil for applicants and learned Advocate Mr. S. S. Thombre for respondent No.1. In order to cut short it can be said that both of them have made submissions in support of their respective contentions.

On 31.07.2019, learned Registrar (Judicial) had passed a conditional order in respect of removal of office objections. As the office objections were not removed within the stipulated time/duration (1)

ca-13686-2019.odt awarded by the learned Registrar (Judicial), the automatic effect of the order has taken place. The condition was to remove the office objections. Now, the applicants are ready to remove those office objections and, therefore, the application stands allowed and disposed of.

Office objections, if any, be removed within a period of two weeks from today.After removal of office objections, the appeal be verified and registered.

After registration of present appeal, tag it along with Second Appeal Nos.278 of 2020 and 436 of 2020.
