1. When this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief, the learned counsel for applicant on instruction submits that he wants to withdraw the application. The previous application was also disposed of in similar manner. It is made clear that no interim relief was given to the applicant. It is mistake committed in observing that there was aforesaid relief available for filing chargesheet. Police can still arrest the applicant and make investigation. Disposed of as withdrawn.
