We are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition seeking direction against the Education Officer to decide the proposal. The proposal is submitted only on 9th of August 2021 and within a month the petitioner has rushed to the Court seeking direction to decide it immediately.

Some reasonable time will have to be allowed to authority to decide the proceeding. The petitions of the present nature cannot be encouraged. In case the authority does not decide the proposal within reasonable time i.e. within six months

WP No.10912/21 or so, then the petitioner may move the Court. 3.

With the aforesaid observations, writ petition is disposed of.
