The applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal representatives of the deceased appellant No.2 - Krishna s/o Shamrao Shelke, who died on 02.11.2020 by condoning the delay of 150 days. Though the learned AGP strongly opposed the application but considering the right to sue of the applicants, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'
