Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent/State.

The facts have been discussed in detail in the order dated 13.09.2022. It is not in dispute that the applicants were not named in the first information report. However, they were named in the subsequent statement. The bare allegation has been levelled against the applicants that they have assaulted with fist blows and kicks. There are no allegations of using weapon and causing injuries to the injured. Considering their role and nondisclosure of their names immediately in the first information report, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The order granting interim protection to the applicants by the order dated 13.09.2022, is confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
