Learned A.P.P. waives notice for the respondent-State.

The appellant/applicant, who has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Beed vide judgment and order dated 11/08/2015 passed in Special (Child Protection) Case No. 8 of 2014, for offence punishable under section 323 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 1 year and also to pay compensation of
2 APEAL4692.2015 Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand), is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences during the pendency of the appeal and his release on bail. 5.
Considering the short term sentences awarded to the present applicant/appellant, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended.
Upon deposit of the compensation amount in the trial Court, the applicant/appellant be released on bail, upon his execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
