The party in person is present. The party in person submits that, ICICI bank has issued a notice wherein possession of his residential premises is sought to be taken. The respondents be directed to pay Rs. 10,00,000/-. His claim in the writ petition regarding interest of the delayed payment is pending.

Mr. Nagode, the learned counsel for respondents denies the fact that any claim is due and payable to the applicant.

The writ petition is admitted. This Court has yet to adjudicate upon the claim of the petitioner. In view of that, it would not be possible to consider the request of the applicant to direct the respondents to pay Rs. 10,00,000/-. As far as order U/Sec. 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act is concerned, the applicant has remedy, which he can avail before the appropriate forum.

Considering the fact that, interim orders cannot be passed. We fix the writ petition for final hearing in the week commencing from 10th October, 2016. The civil application is disposed of. [ K. L. WADANE, J. ] [ S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J. ] bsb/August 16
