The applicants seek condonation of delay of 564 days in preferring the Civil Revision Application.

Mr. Bhumkar, learned counsel appears for respondent no.1A to 1C. Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel appears for respondent nos.2 who is a formal party. The respondents vehemently opposes the application. 3.

The averments in the application have not been controverted by the respondents. There is nothing on record to infer that the revision is filed belatedly with oblique motive.

For the reasons stated in the application, it is desirable to condone the delay.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". The delay stands condoned.
