Heard. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal for enhancement of compensation. There is delay of 105 days in filing the appeal. It is informed that, the learned counsel who has filed the application passed away in the year 2014 and only in the recent past learned counsel Mr. Dargad has appeared in his place. In view of the above, the application is allowed. Delay condoned. Appeal be registered. After registration of appeal, notice be issued to respondents for final hearing of the appeal at admission stage, returnable on 13th January 2022.
