The affidavit is filed by respondent No. 4 to the effect that the application of the petitioner has been forwarded to Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Department, Osmanapura, Aurangabad, vide letter No. 1522 ft-lSd-dk&4 dtd. 06.06.2011, for further action. 2.
It is submitted that, respondent No. 3/Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Department, has not taken any action. 3.
In case the application forwarded by respondent No. 4 on 06.06.2011 with regard to grant of land and same is pending with
2 933WP9023.2016 the Divisional Forest Officer, then Divisional Forest Officer shall take necessary steps and the decision on the same shall be taken expeditiously, preferably within four months from today. 4.
