Mr. Patil-Jamalpurkar, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that proposal is given to take the name of the petitioner on Shalant Pranali, however, the same is not yet decided. It is pending with the Respondent No.2- Director of Education. Learned Advocate submits that earlier, some deficiencies were pointed out, but the same have been cleared. Mr. Gadegaonkar, learned Advocate for respondent No.5 submits that the petitioner is paid off-line. 2.

We have heard learned AGP also.

If the proposal for taking name of the petitioner on Shalant Pranali is pending with 1/2

42WP10113 respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall take decision on the same on its own merits, expeditiously preferably within two months.

In view of above statement, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
