Against the impugned the petitioner has a remedy of appeal. 3.

The petitioner has filed an appeal against the impugned order, the Appellate Authority would consider the urgency spelt out by the petitioner so also the issuance of caste certificate earlier. In case, the appeal is filed, the committee shall decide the appeal within a period of one month from today.
