Although there is a leave note submitted on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, we are inclined to allow the present application filed by an applicant, who seeks to intervene in the proceedings. He stated to be a legal heir of the original owner of the land. In that light, we are of the opinion that the applicant can be permitted to intervene in the proceedings.

In view of the above, civil application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to intervene in the proceedings and to address this Court when the petition is taken up for consideration. 3.

The amendment be carried out within two weeks from today.

The interim relief granted earlier, shall continue to operate till then.
