The learned Counsel for the review applicant has placed on record the order dated 04/07/2024, passed by the Division Bench, granting liberty to apply for a review of the order dated 08/02/2024, passed in W.P. No. 1455/2023, in light of the law declared by successive Division Benches of this Court in the cases of Sunil Hansraj Gupta vs. Payal Sunil Gupta, 1991(2) Bombay Cases Reporter 520, and Amishi Milan Honawar vs. Milin Bhavanishankar Honawar, 2005 (4) Bombay Cases Reporter 493.

The respondent has no objection to the restoration of the writ petition. 3.

In view of the above, the order dated 08/02/2024 is recalled, and the writ petition is restored to its original stage. 4.
