Heard. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been working with the respondent No. 2/ Municipal Corporation as a Gym Trainer on honorarium basis. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is merely seeking direction to the respondent No. 2/Commissioner of Nanded Waghala Municipal Corporation to consider his representation dated 22 February 2023 (Exhibit - M).

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No. 2/Commissioner, Nanded Waghala Municipal Corporation, Nanded to take appropriate decision on the petitioner's
