Since the petitioner is raising exception to the notice issued by the Education Officer on 03rd June, 2017, the writ petition need not be entertained at this premature stage. The petitioner has already tendered his reply to the notice to the Education Officer and further action is within contemplation. If at all the Education Officer passes any adverse order against the petitioner, it would be open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps as permissible in law.
