Mr. Latange on instructions makes a statement at the bar that in view of the arguments on the other date before this Court i.e. on 25th March 2022, he has instructions to state that the original power of attorney and agreement to sell dated 23rd August 2003 have already been filed in Regular Appeal No.9 of 2005 before the Additional District Judge, Ahmednagar.

The learned Additional District Judge, Ahmednagar is directed to produce / forward the aforesaid original document before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar in R.C.S. No.197 of 2012 within two (02) weeks.
