Mr Sonawane, learned Counsel appears for all the respondents and submits that the petitioner has a remedy of appeal under Rule 12 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishad District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules 1964.

In light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition on merits.

Writ Petition disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal. In that event, all contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs. 4.

In case the appeal is filed by the petitioner, the appellate authority shall decide the same expeditiously.
