The petitioners were initially working with the respondent No. 7/school. They were declared surplus and they were absorbed in the Zilla Parishad schools from September 2018. They have again joined the respondent No. 7/school. The grievance of petitioners is that, payment of salaries from January 2017 onwards is not made.

It is submitted by the respondent No. 7 that, salary bills of petitioners are submitted from September 2018.

Mr. Pulkundwar, the learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that, from time to time Zilla Parishad has issued letter to the respondent No. 7 to submit salary bills of the petitioners, however, same are not submitted. 4.

The respondent No. 7 shall submit salary bills of petitioners from January 2017 till August 2018, after considering the work, certificate issued by the Zilla Parishad from time to time within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The Education Officer shall assess and process the salary bills within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter.

With these observations and directions the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
