This Civil Application is filed for restoration of the First Appeal, registration of which was refused in view of order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court dated 29.03.2022. Since the applicants could not remove office objections within time, the registration was refused. Now the applicants are prepared to remove office objections within two weeks from today. In view of the same, the application stands allowed. The First Appeal stands restored to its original position, subject to removal of office objections within two weeks from today.
