We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The affidavit is filed by the Deputy Collector. It is stated in the said affidavit that the Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad, on 30-10-2021 sent a demand proposal to the Secretary. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the communication is received and that the amount has been sanctioned.

The respondents shall make payment to the petitioners as directed earlier, positively within a period of six weeks.

If the payment is not made to the petitioners within six weeks, then the respondents would make themselves liable for contempt. 6.
