These applications are filed for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the respondents. 2.

Learned advocate for respondent No.1 and learned AGP for respondent respondents No.2 and 3 opposed the application contending that no case is made out for withdrawal of amount by the applicants.

For the reasons stated in the applications, for the present, applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% amount of compensation along with proportionate accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking.
