Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

The applicant is suffering from many ailments. He was sent to various hospitals for examination. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has to undergo various surgeries and for treatment he will require three months. It will be very expensive for him to pay the guard charges. Therefore, he may be granted temporary bail for three months for his medical treatment.

The learned A.P.P. has submitted that the applicant may take three months to get the medical treatment.

Perused the papers. Considering the ill-health of the applicant and need to undergo the medical treatment, the applicant deserves to be released on temporary bail for a period of

Hence, the following order :- (i) Applicant Vishwajit Ramesh Kasar be released on temporary bail for a period of three months from the date of his release from the prison, on furnishing PB and SB of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount, in FIR bearing Crime No. 1123 of 2020 registered with Nagar Taluka Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 365, 324, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(i), 3(2)(2), 3(4) of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999, on the conditions that, (a) after three months, the applicant shall surrender before the Superintendent of Prison, District Prison, Ahmednagar;
(b) during the period of these three months, the applicant shall not involve in any similar crime; (c) he shall inform the concerned police station telephonically his address every fifteen days after his release till he surrender.
(ii) Bail before the trial Court.
