Learned A.G.P. on instructions, received from respondent No.2-the Special Land Acquisition Officer/Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Jaikwadi Project No.4, Beed, At Ambajogai, Tq.Ambajogai, District Beed, submitted that the order of this Court dated 9th January, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No. 5496 of 2018 is duly complied with. It is also submitted by the learned A.G.P. that there is some delay in compliance of the order and the same is caused due to administrative difficulties. Learned A.G.P. placed on record the copy of consent award dated 7th November, 2019 in support of his submissions. The same is taken on record and marked Exhibit 'X' for identification.
