Heard the learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was granted license to run a fair price shop by license dated 14.1.2020 issued by the District Supply Officer, Nanded. His lincece was directed to be revoked by order dated 24.8.2021 issued by Under Secretary of State of Maharashtra and consequential order dated 27.8.2021 is passed by the Collector and seized the licence of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not heard by the Under Secretary while revoking the licence of the fair price shop. This fact is not disputed by the other side. In view of the same, the order passed by the Under Secretary dated 24.8.2021 and consequential order dated 27.8.2021 passed by the Collector is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the Under Secretary, State of Maharashtra to pass the fresh orders after hearing the petitioners and all interested parties. 4.

In view of the same the petition is partly allowed and accordingly disposed of.
