1) The petition is filed to challenge the order made by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Shrirampur in Regular Civil Suit No.27/2006. By making order on application dated 9th August 2016 witness summons is issued against the petitioners and petitioners are directed to produce the record mentioned in the application by original defendants, tenants. The petitioners have objection to the production of those documents by contending that they cannot be compelled to produce the documents. Such objection can be taken before the same Court. As the order is made behind the back of the present petitioners, the petitioners will be entitled to raise objection before the same Court. With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
