Petitioner is making grievance in respect of refusal by the authorities to redress grievance in respect of providing access to the land belonging to petitioner.

It is the function of CIDCO authorities to regulate development in the notified area. In order to consider the grievance of petitioner, factual aspects need to be considered. In this view of the matter, we deem it appropriate to direct the Administrator to look into the matter and issue necessary instructions. Petitioner shall tender appropriate representation specifying grievance to the Administrator within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of representation, the Administrator may conduct appropriate enquiry and issue necessary directions after extending an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned. The Administrator shall

wp9209.14.doc pass appropriate order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation of petitioner.
