Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that, the reference filed by the petitioner U/Sec. 18 of the Land Acquisition Act is allowed on 01.01.2016. Darkhat bearing R. D. No. 541 of 2016 is also filed, but the respondents are not paying compensation amount. 2.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader.

The petitioner shall get the darkhat executed. The petitioner may take steps to issue warrant to the respondents for

2 wp 11082.18 payment of amount. The executing Court shall proceed with the execution expeditiously and in accordance with law. In case inspite of issuance of warrant, respondents are not complying it, then the petitioner may move for necessary orders. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
