The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year-2017. The Petitioner is in zone of consideration for promotion. As the validity is not submitted, the Petitioner is not considered for promotion.

The learned A.G.P. appears for both the Respondents.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 08.12.2021. The Committee shall,
