Mr. Latange, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, Authorities are not deciding the representations dated 15.10.2016 and 20.04.2021 as per the observations made in Review Application No.71/2016 and Public Interest Litigation No.68/2013.

Mr. Dande, learned counsel submits that, representation of the petitioner does not give details as to the manner he is been put in possession and as to how his possession is lawful. 3.

The petitioner shall file detail representation alongwith all the attending documents to the respondents-Authorities. The

(2) 234-wp-10890-2021 Authorities on receipt of the said representation shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with the judgments delivered by this Court in Review Application No.71/2016 and in Public Interest Litigation No.68/2013. The said decision shall be taken preferably within a period of three months from the date of representation filed by the petitioner.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
