CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
DATE : 06.10.2022 PER COURT :
Heard. Issue notice to respondents. The learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. The learned counsel Mr. Deshpande also waives service for respondent No.3 - Acquiring Body.
2.
Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in the applications. The delay appears to be caused due to their poor financial crisis. The learned AGP as well as learned counsel for Acquiring Body strongly opposed the applications that the delay is not properly explained.
3.
However, considering the statutory right of the applicants the aforesaid delay periods in all these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid periods of delay.
4.
The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
5.
Applications are disposed of accordingly.
