Three representations tendered by the petitioners dated 4.6.2019 (page 75), dated 30.10.2017 (page 80) and dated 27.1.2021 (page 85) are pending with the District Collector, Ahmednagar. It is prayed that all these representations be decided by the District Collector.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We would expect respondent No. 2 - District Collector, Ahmednagar to consider the above mentioned representations by following the procedure as is laid down in law and in accordance with the policies applicable.
