The applicant, who has been convicted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Beed vide judgment and order dated 11/08/2015 passed in Special (Child Protection) Case No. 8 of 2014, for the offences punishable under section 354-A(2), 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 2 years for the offence punishable under section 354-A(2) of the Indian Penal Code, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 1 year for the offence punishable under section 323 of the Indian Penal Code, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for 6 months for the offence punishable under section 506 of the Indian Penal Code and also to pay compensation of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand), is praying for suspension of the substantive sentences during the pendency of the appeal and his release on bail.

Considering the short term sentences awarded to the present applicant/appellant, the substantive sentences are hereby suspended. Upon deposit of the compensation amount in the trial Court, the applicant/appellant be released on bail, upon his
3 Cr. Appln. 4695/2015 execution of P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount.
