Heard the learned counsel Mr. Mundhe appearing for the petitioner.

Our attention was invited to the order of this Court dated 24th August, 2017. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court was that, the salary of three months is not paid to him. In view of this grievance, the Division Bench of this Court, permitted

2 CP 748/18 the petitioner to produce all Bank statements for the year 2012 and 2013 with the respondents and the respondents were further directed to reconcile the same with its own account/salary bills and take decision within three months from the date of submission of Bank statements to the respondents. 3.

The learned counsel Mr. Mundhe invited our attention to the letter dated 4th July, 2018, submitted by petitioner to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli. The learned counsel then submitted that the representation was submitted along with copies of Bank statements and the learned counsel invited our attention towards paragraph No.5 of the petition in support of his submissions. Though the statement is made in the petition, perusal of the representation shows that, it only states about the grievance of the petitioner and the submission of the Bank's statement or a statement that these bank statements are annexed to the representation, are missing in the representation. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that it might have been an inadvertence of the petitioner to refer to these Bank statements in the representation.

The learned counsel Mr. Mundhe further fairly submitted that as he was not sure about dispute of a writer for the petitioner, the petitioner be permitted

3 CP 748/18 to submit fresh representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli along with copies of Bank statements. Mr. Mundhe, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would also obtain the endorsement on the representation from the office of the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli. Mr. Mundhe submits that such representation will be submitted within one week from today. If such representation along with Bank statement is submitted to respondent No.2, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli as well as to respondent No.3, the District Health Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli, and they shall take a decision expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation of the petitioner, without there being any delay. With these directions, the petition is disposed of.

Mr. More, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to supply copy of order of this Court to the Counsel on the Panel of Zilla Parishad, Hingoli with an endorsement.
