Present proceeding is filed for the relief of quashing of First Information Report No. 316/2020 registered with Chhawani Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 452, 323, 504, etc. of the Indian Penal Code. The crime is registered on the basis of report given by respondent No.2. The submissions made and the allegations made in the F.I.R. show that respondent No.2 is a close relative of the applicants. Today, the learned Counsel for both the sides submitted that the parties have settled the dispute and respondent No.2 has no objection to grant the relief claimed in the present matter. In view of the relationship of the parties and the nature of dispute, this Court holds that the relief needs to be given. In the result, the application is allowed.
