The applicants rely on order passed by this Court dated 16.08.2024 in CA No. 7936 of 2021 in FA No.2541 of 2023. There is no dispute that the said Appeal arise out of same common judgment. In view of the same, the following order :- (i) The applicants are entitled to withdraw entire amount deposited by the acquiring body along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. (ii) The civil application is accordingly allowed and is disposed off.
