This is an application for restoration of the writ petition with a prayer to condone the delay of 178 days, which has been dismissed in default for non-removal the office objections. 4.

Considering the nature of the dispute and the cause being put forth, the application is allowed subject to following conditions: (i) The applicant / petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs.3,000/- with

the Registry within two weeks.
