Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed their respective applications for grant of rental compensation. The same are pending with respondent No.3. 2.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 and submits that there is no clear proof of possession of the petitioners' land before Section 4 Notification. 3.

All these aspects are required to be considered by the authorities before whom the applications for rental compensation are pending. The applications are filed by the petitioners for the rental compensation on 07.04.2021, 13.04.2021, 04.05.2021, 22.04.2021 and 31.08.2021, respectively and same are pending before respondent No.3

3 WP 13572/21 & 4 matters and he ifis competent to decide it, the respondent No.3 shall decide the said applications, on its own merits, after hearing the parties concerned within nine months.
