The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 3 and 4 / Zilla Parishad placed before us a compilation of documents (10 pages) which are collectively marked as "X" for identification. 2.

The learned Advocate further submits on the basis of the order dated 02.06.2022 that the petitioner's grievance is redressed by granting him the contractual employment from 02.06.2022 till 30.11.2022. He would be entitled for contractual appointment from the said date, for the entire tenure, subject to tendering the bond on khs/Oct.2022/9962

- 2 - Rs.100/- bond paper in the light of Clause 8 set out below page No.2. The petitioner is agreeable and is satisfied. 3.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

The petitioner undertakes to execute the bond, on or before 12.10.2022 and Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 graciously submit that the entire arrears of payment would be made to the petitioner before Diwali i.e. 21.10.2022.
