O R D E R :- Following is prayer clause in this Writ Petition. " (a) CR No.16 of 2015 registered at Victoria Hospital Police Station, Bengaluru, now transferred to Mukundwadi Police Station, Aurangabad vide Outward No. CRM/54/ACP-5/2015, arising out of order dated 19.06.2015 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court, Bengaluru, be transferred to a Competent Court in Mumbai for further investigation, enquiry and trial in accordance with law." [2] Mr. Nitin Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner was heard for quite some time on last date, so also the learned Additional Public

This court passed an order after hearing them on 4th July, 2015, which reads thus :- " Learned Additional Public Prosecutor to take instructions as to transfer of investigation from Mukundwadi Police Station to transferee Police Station of Crime Branch at Aurangabad. S.O. To 10.09.2015. "

[3] The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State in response thereto makes a statement, upon taking instructions that, the Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad has already handed over the investigation to the Crime Branch, Aurangabad. We appreciate the action taken by the learned Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad, looking to the seriousness of the matter. [4] Mr. Nitin Pradhan, the learned counsel for the Petitioner is satisfied and makes a statement on behalf of his client, upon instructions that, grievance raised in the present Writ Petition would no more survive. That being so, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of statements and observations made above.

(ii) No costs.
