The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed Writ petition challenging the invalidation of the tribe claim. The same is pending before this Court. The protection has been granted to the Petitioner, however, the Respondents are not issuing Degree Certificate and other documents.

As the Writ Petition filed by the Petitioner bearing No. 11250 of 2019 is already pending before this Court, the Petitioner may make an application in the said Writ Petition which can be considered by the Court on it's own merits.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
