Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking the same relief, as earlier writ petition No. 3886 of 2025 was disposed of by order dated 21.03.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the Deputy Director of Education was not made a party respondent, and therefore, despite order dated 21.03.2025, passed in writ petition No. 3886 of 2025, effective relief is not available to the petitioner.

We find that respondent No. 3 - the Education Officer (Secondary) had forwarded the proposal to respondent No. 2 - the Jhs/ 1/2

969 WP NO. 10923 OF 2025 Deputy Director of Education, as far back as on 18.11.2024. Therefore, in writ petition No. 3886 of 2025, appropriate direction could have been obtained by the petitioner. Instead, this fresh writ petitions has been filed again for the same cause, further burdening the already heavy docket of this Bench of the High Court. 4.

Be that as it may, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No. 2 - the Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division to dispose of the proposal dated 18.11.2024, forwarded by respondent No. 3 - the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, in the context of the petitioner herein. The proposal be disposed of expeditiously and in any case within six (06) weeks from today.
