The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aspiring admission to physiotherapy course and is required to submit validity certificate.

It will not be possible for us to direct the Committee to decide the validation proceeding within a stipulated period. However, if it is possible for the Committee to decide the validation proceeding, then the Committee may try to decide the same by 16th August, 2019. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 2/Committee today itself.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
