I have heard the learned Advocates and have noted the strong objection raised by respondent No.3, who, in the alternative, prays for costs to be donated for the treatment of poor patients. 2.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The writ petition stands restored by recalling the order dated 13/07/2018. The learned Advocate causes an appearance on behalf of respondent No.3 in the writ petition.

The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- with the khs/Feb.2020/10794-d

- 2 - Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") on or before 11/03/2020.

List the writ petition in the "Urgent Admissions Category" on 16/03/2020.
