The petitioner / original plaintiff in Regular Civil Suit No. 27/2019 is aggrieved by the order dated 29/07/2019 passed by the Trial Court, by which, though application Exhibit 31 filed by the petitioner / plaintiff is partly allowed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the Trial Court has issued directions for an inspection to be carried out in order to ascertain how much suit land is a part of the burial / funeral ground and which part can be said to be worthy of cultivation. 2.
