The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the present petitioner would restrict the petition to the extent that if any illegality is noticed by the Tahsildar, he should report the same to the Collector. We have also heard learned AGP.

Clause (e) of the circular dated 14th June, 2017 certainly would be binding on all the parties. Naturally, the circular as in force i.e. 14th June, 2017 shall be adhered to and abided in future by the parties. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
